Directions:
From
New York City and New Jersey - Palisades Parkway North
to Exit 4 (Route 9W North); about 6 miles to fourth light - a
blinker, and a fork in the road; Bear right (you are now on South
Broadway) and continue on into downtown Nyack. To Ellis Sotheby's International Realty - go straight (past Main Street) to 76 N. Broadway (at
Second Avenue).
From
Upstate New York - New York Thruway South to Exit 11;
Left on Route 59; Continue East - Route 59 turns into Main Street
and takes you into downtown Nyack. At the corner of Main
Street and N. Broadway - make a left onto N. Broadway. Ellis Sotheby's International Realty is located at 76 N. Broadway (at Second Avenue).

Westchester and Connecticut -
Cross the Tappan Zee Bridge on the New York State Thruway and
take Exit 10 - the first exit after the bridge; Follow the curves
around and around to end; Follow signs for South Nyack until
you reach Clinton Avenue; Turn right onto Clinton; Continue one
block and turn left onto South Broadway and go past Main Street
intersection to 76 N. Broadway (at Second Avenue). Ellis Sotheby's International Realty is located at 76 N. Broadway.
From
New York City via Bus -
Tappan Zee Express travels from the Tarrytown Train Station to
Nyack (weekdays in the mornings and the afternoons - check this)
and on special festival and street fair days. Red and Tan
Line buses leave the Port Authority Bus Terminal at the George
Washington Bridge (175th Street and 42nd Street) regularly.

Parking
Nyack's municipal metered parking lot is located just South of
Main Street between Franklin Avenue and Cedar Street. Most
Streets also have metered parking spaces. Meters take a
quarter for each hour between 9:00am through 6:00pm Mondays through
Saturdays. There is no charge for metered parking on Sundays
and holidays. Some side streets offer a limited number of
parking places without meters. Questions or concerns about
